Wisconsin Halter

Luxurious combination halter made of leather and velvet decorated with glitter in various places.  The headpiece consists of leather and soft velvet padding and the noseband is made on top with velvet and also lined on the inside with velvet.
The cheekpieces are also lined with velvet and glitter.  

This halter is adjustable in various places.
